![]() ![]() I happened to get some blood work done by my doctor after being on this stuff for about 6 months. I think it increases the number of red blood cells in your body, which allows the delivery of more oxygen and removal of more waste. After using if for a while I did notice increased stamina (but maybe that was just from training?). I think this stuff actually does improve endurance, but at a cost. Yes you are supposed to take 4 pills a day. I started to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. ![]() Note: After taking the product you will notice your face and body get tingly, the website and resources online say that it is a side effect of the ingredients, if you want to reduce this you can take 2 pills at a time instead of 4. Endurance is lost after a week or two of not maintaining it, I think next time I train for an iron man I will not use the product but instead purchase it for the peak training part. They definitely help you work out harder (which ultimately makes a difference) however since we are talking about endurance and not gaining muscles it is difficult to say that it is worth the cost. I didn't like the idea that I would be tied to a product in order to work out and I also didn't like that the benefits from using the product don't seem to be maintained. ![]() I wouldn't want to work out and when I wouldn't do well. I DID notice a difference especially when i would run out and need to order more, there were 2 times that the week I would run out and not take any I would notice a sharp decline in workout performance. I started using this product when i started training for my first iron man. ![]()
